Can I return or exchange a product?

Since our products are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like ordering the wrong size, color, or design, or if you simply change your mind. We kindly ask that you double-check all details carefully before placing your order to ensure everything is just right.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Provide a clear photo showing the issue, and for multiple items, include an image showing all affected items together. We’ll promptly offer a replacement or refund.

How do refunds work?

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
